Digital Saksharta Sansthan (DSS) is a nationally recognized not-for-profit organization committed to empowering youth through skill development, vocational training, and digital literacy. Established in 2016, DSS works to bridge the gap between education and industry by creating a skilled, employable, and future-ready workforce across India.

As a trusted implementation partner for various Central and State Government initiatives, DSS collaborates with government agencies, industry leaders, academic institutions, and corporate organizations to deliver quality training aligned with the National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF). The organization focuses on enhancing employability through practical, industry-oriented learning and sustainable livelihood opportunities.

Over the years, DSS has successfully trained more than 3,73,075 candidates, certified 3,54,748 learners, and facilitated 2,63,312 placements across 30+ States and Union Territories. With a placement rate exceeding 70%, DSS continues to create meaningful career opportunities while strengthening India's skilled workforce through innovation, quality, and excellence.
